What we collect
Information you send us. When you complete a form on this site, book a consultation, or email or call us, we collect what you provide. On our consultation forms that is your name, email address, telephone number, answers to two short questions about the help you are looking for, and anything you add in the comments box. Please do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers, tax documents or other sensitive records through a website form. We will tell you how to send those securely once we speak.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our providers record technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the page that referred you, and the time of your visit. Our forms also record the page you submitted from and your IP address, so we can answer you in context and detect abuse.
Cookies and tracking

How we use what we collect
To answer your enquiry and arrange a consultation. To provide and quote for our services. To keep records of our communications. To measure and improve our website and our advertising. To meet our legal and professional obligations. We do not make automated decisions that produce legal effects about you.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising in exchange for money. We share information only with the service providers who run the site and our operations on our behalf, such as our website host, our email provider, HubSpot and Calendly, and with professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it. Those providers may process information only for us.
Nevada residents
Nevada law gives you the right to tell us not to sell your covered information. We do not sell it, but you may still submit a request. Write to info@DeMarConsultingGroup.com with the subject line “Nevada opt-out” and include the email address you used on this site. We will verify your request and respond within the time the law allows.
Other states
If your state gives you rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, or to appeal a refusal, write to us at the address above and tell us which right you wish to exercise. We will not treat you differently for asking.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to answer you and for our own business and legal records, and then delete or anonymise them. Client records are kept for the periods our professional and legal obligations require.
Security
This site is served over an encrypted connection and we restrict access to enquiry records to the people who need them. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, which is why we ask you not to send sensitive documents through website forms.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Links to other sites
Where we link to another organisation, their privacy notice governs what they collect. We are not responsible for their practices.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top of this page.
